WHAT DOES THE SCOOTER RENTAL INCLUDE?

The monthly rate includes:

- Vehicle maintenance and technical revisions

- Full risk insurance with excess

- 24/7 roadside assistance

- MOT, road tax, registration

- Jet helmet

CAN I PURCHASE SOME EXTRAS?

Yes, we have several extra options, which you can choose in step 2 of our booking process. Some of these extras are: full-face helmet, trunk (from 26L to 42L), padlock, GPS/mobile holder, replacement vehicle, etc.

WHAT IS THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT PERMANENCE?

It is a monthly subscription model to a motorcycle with everything included and without permanence. You only have to select how many kilometers you want to do each month. Subscription is the most flexible and affordable way to own a motorcycle today. The fee is automatically renewed every month without you having to do anything other than enjoy your motorcycle. WHAT IS RENTING WITH PERMANENCE?

It is a rental of a motorcycle for months with everything included and with a minimum stay of 3 months. Thanks to the renting of motorcycles for individuals you can have your own motorcycle with an initial investment much lower than what a purchase would entail. The longer the permanence, the lower the monthly rate. The rest of the conditions are the same. You can rent your motorcycle for 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and even 60 months depending on the model. Choose your mileage from 500 to 2,000 km per month.

WHAT IS RENTING WITH THE OPTION TO PURCHASE?

It is a renting option in which at the end of the contract the motorcycle becomes your property. Choose if you prefer high entry/exit fees combined with lower monthly fees or vice versa; pay less at entry/exit in exchange for higher monthly fees.

You decide how to pay for your next motorcycle.

Once the motorcycle has been pre-booked, our risk analysis department will assess the operation and tell us if it is accepted or denied. We will be in contact with you at all times to inform you in detail about this process. The documentation that you must prove to our risk department is:

• DNI or residence permit

• Driving license

• Copy of the income tax return for the previous year

• Copy of your last three payslips

• Copy Of your employment contract if it is not indefinite

• Invoice of any direct debit (water, electricity, internet, etc.)

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You have 7 calendar days to cancel your reservation without any penalty before picking up your scooter. Send us an email to longterm@cooltra.com so we can process your withdrawal.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

We accept any debit or credit card with a valid expiration date. You can also pay online through PayPal.

HOW is THE SCOOTER PICK UP PROCESS?

In the case of flexible rentals, once you have completed the online booking process, we will get in touch with you to tell you when you can pick it up. Most vehicles are delivered in approximately 48-72 hours after booking confirmation. If you have chosen a higher or premium model, it may take 2 to 4 weeks, but we will do our best to deliver the scooter in the shortest possible time. If we have to give you a new scooter, the approximate timeframe is 2 to 4 weeks For the rent-to-own option, the approximate timeframe is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the scooter model you have chosen.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR PICKUPS AND RETURNS?

The schedule depends on each store. You can check the schedules for each city and country on this link. The online booking feature is available 24 hours a day. In any case, once the booking has been made we will tell you when you can go to the store to pick up/return your scooter.

HOW MANY KILOMETERS CAN I TRAVEL EVERY MONTH?

We have different monthly mileage options to adapt to your needs.

The mileage range varies depending on the model, generally, you can choose between 500, 1000 and 1500 kilometers each month in the case of the monthly subscription without permanence.

In renting services for individuals and renting with the option to purchase, the kilometers that you can contract range from 500 to 2,000.

There is a fee if you exceed the KMs initially contracted. The amount of each additional KM you have traveled varies depending on your motorcycle model:

Standard: €0.10 per km

Plus: €0.12 per km

Premium: €0.15 per km

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ACCIDENT OR THE SCOOTER IS STOLEN?

In the event of an accident, the insurance company will be responsible for indemnifying any third party involved, but as a client you must bear the expenses, within the excess limit, for repairing the scooter. In case of theft, the excess must be paid. The excess amount depends on the model you choose.

HOW CAN I CHARGE AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER?

You have several options:

1. Our Askoll scooter can be charged in any socket. Charge it at home or in your office! You can simply take out the removable batteries and charge them wherever you want, in any socket. Like a mobile phone!

2. Take advantage of public charging stations: As a Cooltracustomer, you will be given a charging card - for free - so you can leave your scooter charging at any overground station in your city for a period of up to 8 hours. Check all the charging stations here.

3. If you have access to a parking lot/garage with a socket, you can charge it right there, or you can even set up your own private charging station.

WHAT IS RENT-TO-BUY RENTAL?

You need to come with your passport or identity card, a credit card to pay a security deposit and your driving license. To rent a scooter with Cooltra you must be in possession of a valid driving license and valid under the laws of the related country.

If your driver license is not from a country of the European Economic Union or from a country without convenience agreement with Spain (or other countries where Cooltra is present in), you need to have an international driving permit (IDP). Likewise, the valid documents are regulated by the law stated by the country where you are driving, not the document’s origin country.

This is a rental option in which the scooter becomes your property at the end of the contract. You can choose whether you would prefer higher downpayment/final fees combined with smaller monthly fees or the other way around: lower downpayment/final fees combined with higher monthly fees. Once you have pre-booked your scooter, our risk analysis department will assess the operation and tell us whether it has been accepted or not. We will always be in touch with you to inform you about the whole process. You must send the following documentation to our risk department: - Identification card or residence permit of the administrator and/or representative - Deed of proxy - VAT returns for the last 3 years - Balance sheet and annual accounts for the last 3 years

You need:

• Driving license

Furthermore, for the pre-reservation of a motorcycle with a long-term contract (more than 3 months) or plus/premium category models, our risk analysis department must previously assess the operation to accept or deny it. We will be in contact with you at all times to inform you in detail about this process. The documentation that you must prove in this case is:

- Copy of your last three payslips or Copy of the income tax return from the previous year

- Copy of your employment contract if it is not permanent

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RETURN THE DEPOSIT AFTER TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT?

When the scooter is returned we will review its condition. If it is in the same condition as when we delivered it to you, we will refund the deposit at that very moment. Keep in mind that, depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days until you see it reflected in your statement.

WHAT IF I EXCEED THE CONTRACTED MONTHLY KM?

If the monthly contracted km is exceeded, an extra charge will be applied per km exceeded. The amount varies depending on the model and category of the motorcycle:

Standard: €0.10 per km

Plus: €0.12 per km

Premium: €0.15 per km

If you want to modify the mileage for the coming months, you can do so at any time by contacting the store.

CAN I CANCEL THE CONTRACT AT ANY TIME?

Of course. You can cancel the contract whenever you want. In this case, a 25% fee of the pending fees will apply. This procedure will be managed directly with your contact in the store.

WHAT IS THE MOST PROFITABLE OPTION IN THE LONG TERM: ELECTRIC OR GASOLINE SCOOTERS?

Both the consumption and maintenance of an electric scooter are cheaper than those of a gasoline scooter - about 80% and 50% cheaper, respectively. If we make a quick calculation, we will see that a scooter that travels 20 km/day during the 7 days of the week will spend about 450€ per year on fuel. This excludes fuel price variations, which are usually upwards. An electric scooter with the same cubic capacity can travel the same kilometers for only 50€, which means that you can save 400€ per year. Moreover, electric scooters require less maintenance as they do not need oil changes and the engine is less complex.
